VMG attends TOCICO conference in Berlin

At TOCICO conference in Berlin our main interest is to align ourselves with the latest development in CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management).

We are also keen to hear about the many case stories that have developed throughout the world. Of special interest is a project in India by Bajaj Electricals Limited using CCPM to ring electricity to rural areas in India. Another interesting topic is the use of CCPM in movie production in Holywood. Sound like a great 4 day conference.
